The ADMET Predictor REST API provides capabilities for integrating ADMET Predictor property calculations into 3rd party informatics platforms such as Certara D360™ or Schroedinger LiveDesign®. Over 170 properties available in ADMET Predictor, including output from the mechanistic HTPK Simulation Module, can be deployed via the API in a seamless, silent way.
Just like ADMET Predictor itself, the API calculates properties at a high rate of speed. It can be configured to run multi-threaded with no additional licenses being consumed and incorporates advanced capabilities such as the output of the predicted sites of metabolism and metabolite trees.
