Lindsay brings to Simulations Plus 15 years of experience across different industries, including engineering, consulting, manufacturing, and information technology. She continues to lead the HR department with a focus on strategic planning. She provides expertise in several areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Appointed Head of Diversity and Inclusion in 2022.
