She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University and is currently working on a second degree in Computer Science. She has 7 years of experience working in quality assurance and training, with an emphasis on technical writing, document control, and electronic systems.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys being a dog mom, DIY projects, reading, and competitive game nights.
