About Georgy
Georgy Hartmann joined Simulations Plus, in 2019 and transitioned in 2020 to support client projects as a PK and PBPK modeler using GastroPlus™ and PKPlus™ software.

Dr. Hartmann received his B.Sc. in Pharmacy from the University of Regensburg (Germany) and his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Toronto (Canada). In 2005, upon his Ph.D. graduation he started his career at Merck & Co in Rahway, New Jersey, as a Senior Research Chemist in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) and supported drug discovery and development projects. He later specialized in modeling and simulation and performed physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling to assist programs across various therapeutic areas from discovery to Phase 2 while also contributing to IND and NDA filings.

He is a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT).
