About Allison
Allie Cruikshank is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in mathematics at Duke University where she develops mechanistic mathematical models to understand and elucidate sex differences in glutathione metabolism and their consequences. Broadly, she is interested in using mathematical models of human physiological systems to answer biological questions. After receiving her Ph.D., she plans to obtain a career in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.

Allie is from Lincoln, Nebraska and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
