This 3-day hands-on course will provide in-depth knowledge of the theories and application of GastroPlus as it applies to problems facing pharmaceutical scientists dealing with drug product effects on dissolution, absorption, and pharmacokinetics with a focus on designing a dissolution safe space and complex generics. The workshop will consist of a combination of live lectures and hands-on exercises within the software demonstrating both the theoretical and practical aspects of PBPK modeling.
