PBPK/PD Modeling: Hands-on Workshop for Drug Development Applications

This pre-conference workshop provides hands-on training in physiologically based pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PBPK/PD) modeling using GastroPlus® software. Suitable for both beginners and experienced professionals, the session combines theoretical knowledge with practical application in drug development. Participants will learn to build, validate, and apply PBPK/PD models through expert demonstrations and interactive exercises. The workshop aims to enhance attendees’ ability to use PBPK/PD modeling in their research for data-driven decision-making. Co-sponsored by the Biotech Task Force and ASPET Divisions (DDD and DMDD).
