About Dan
With over 15 years of experience in account management and customer service, Dan is an outside the box problem solver who strives to deliver an exceptional customer and user experience throughout the life of the client relationship. He is very customer centric and will always put in the extra work to ensure customers are delighted.
Having been an integral part of the team since 2016, he has helped both lead, and develop vital departments for Pro-ficiency. This has included the production team, post-production team, build team, product support, customer support, project management, and account management. You could say he’s our “Chief Problem Solver”. Having navigated the company from so many different disciplines, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to the management team. He is always able to find a solution, and adjust to the company’s needs. He is a big believer in working smarter not harder.
Dan obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration at American International College in Springfield Massachusetts. When he is not working Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and friends. He loves cooking, being outdoors, playing sports, fire performing, being in and around water, and traveling.
