GP101-7OD | PBPK Modeling of Biologics

Biologics is the second session in this Introduction to Biologics course. By the end of this session, you will have an understanding to the fate of biologics (monoclonal antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates), including the role of neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) and the importance of Target Mediated Drug Disposition (TMDD). You’ll also explore how these complex mechanisms are implemented in GastroPlus by completing two hands-on exercises utilizing the biologics module in GastroPlus.

All sessions include hands-on examples in the software. If you need access to GastroPlus for this workshop, please reach out to sales@simulations-plus.com.
