About Guillaume
Guillaume Bonnefois is a Director of Pharmacometrics at Simulations Plus. Dr. Bonnefois has 8 years of pharmaceutical development experience at Syneos Health (2016-2020) and Certara (2020-2023).
Dr. Bonnefois received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Montreal. He has extensive experience in Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) research and Modeling & Simulations. He has experience with both small and large molecules. Specialties include oncology, rare disease and pediatric populations.
His experience spans from early development, with the analysis of non-clinical PK/PD studies, drug candidate selection, estimation of FIH doses, clinical population PK, population PK/PD, exposure-response or c-QTc analyses. He also develops pharmacometric tools such as shiny applications to support clients’ requests. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Montreal. He has co-authored publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at international meetings in these areas of expertise.
