About Nicole
Nicole’s work at Simulation Plus primarily involves supporting autoimmune and immuno-oncology quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models.  Her work includes evaluating clinical trial data to ensure applicability to the models as well as organizing the clinical trial data and in vitro data sets for implementation into the models. She has assisted in the development of an internal database system to house these complex data sets.  Nicole also routinely performs systematic literature reviews of molecular biology, immunology, physiology, and clinical trials to ensure the models are up to date.

Prior to joining Simulations Plus, Nicole worked in a clinical setting at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for the Molecular Pathology Department and the Dermatopathology Department.  Early in her career, she worked in research, studying the role of Ataxia Telangiectasia Mutated (ATM) in Melanoma at the University of Pittsburgh. Nicole holds a B.S. in Microbiology with a minor in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the Pennsylvania State University.
