About Chirag 
Chirag Desai is a Corporate Controller and Director, SEC Reporting at Simulations Plus, Inc. and joined the company in May 2022. Chirag brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance and a proven record of taking initiative to produce information and decision support tools that improve accounting and financial results. His expertise includes corporate accounting, general accounting, period end close, consolidations, financial statements and reporting, accounting policies and procedures, SEC reporting 10-K/Q, 8-K, SOX compliance, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, and financial systems implementation.

He has worked in both public and private, domestic and global companies where he has succeeded in leading effectively across functional areas, business units, and cultures. His recent experience includes serving as the Controller of ComplySci. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
