Abstract
DILIsym is quantitative systems toxicology (QST) software that integrates in vitro mechanistic data and PBPK predictions of drug concentration in the liver to predict clinical liver safety outcomes. DILIsym version X (DSX) has been completely overhauled and converted into a more user friendly and faster tool with new graphical user interfaces and better project organization. This webinar will introduce DSX and its new many features and give users the opportunity to ask questions about the new platform. A live demonstration of select features will be given.
