This video discusses support files in GastroPlus™. Support files contain either in vitro or in vivo data that can be used in models, fit parameters to match the data, or simply compare simulation results to in vivo data. The demonstration will include importing solubility vs. pH data for miconazole and optimizing the pKa and solubility factor to fit the experimental data.
