This video describes the batch simulation mode in GastroPlus. This allows users to run simulations on subsets of the database or the whole database. A variety of outputs, such as fraction absorbed, oral bioavailability, compound concentrations (bound and unbound) in different tissues (plasma, brain, heart, etc.) versus time can also be output.
