Simulations Plus, Inc. (AMEX: SLP), a leading provider of simulation and modeling software for pharmaceutical discovery and development, announced that it has released the next major upgrade to its industry leading ADMET Predictor software.
Dr. Robert Fraczkiewicz, team leader for ADMET Cheminformatics, said: “This new release, called version 2.3, adds both more accurate predictive models as well as a list of new features that have been inspired by user feedback and our own internal use of the program. ADMET Predictor already enjoyed best-in-class status by achieving number one ranking in every published comparison study for software that predicts properties of molecules from just their structure. In version 2.3, we have retrained all models with an enhanced set of molecular descriptors, resulting in even more accuracy in our predictions.”
Ron Creeley, vice president of marketing and sales for Simulations Plus, added: “Sales of ADMET Predictor have been growing steadily over the past few years. We believe the integration of ADMET Modeler™ into ADMET Predictor last year as a single package and our unique position as number one in each of the independent comparison studies have been major contributors to increased interest in the program.”
